Install 1、加熱器應水平安裝，并且要安裝牢固。并注意適當的保護。電器部件應朝向加熱器艙體外，以便利于加熱器的維修，保養。同時，要保證加熱器的助燃空氣進氣充分，以便加熱器能正常工作。 The heater should be securely installed horizontally. Protection should be available wherever it is necessary. Electric components should face outward of the heater housing to facilitate repair and maintenance. In addition, sufficient combustion air should be supplied to the heater; otherwise, the heater may not operate normally. 2、加熱器的滴油管、排氣管應伸出加熱器安裝艙外，并保證排氣通暢。一般情況不要再外接排氣管，以防排氣阻力大影響加熱器的燃燒。 The oil drop pipe and the exhaust pipe of the heater should extrude outside of the installation housing of the heater. Do not block the exhaust path. Generally no extension should be used on the exhaust pipe; otherwise, the heater may suffer from insufficient combustion due to the increased exhausting resistance. 3、加熱器的燃油可從汽車主油箱中取，也可從配置的油箱中取。如從主油箱取油，須單走一路，不可與車內其它設備輸油管混接。輸油管采用φ6×1的銅管或亞大管，接頭采用M12×1.25標準錐型接頭。油管接頭要牢固，不得漏氣。油箱燃油液面不得低于加熱器中心400mm,加熱器濾油電磁閥進油接頭與油箱距離(即油管長度)應在8m以內.第一次使用加熱器時,因油路較長,所以加熱器啟動時間會略長一些,請您耐心等待3-4分鐘。如果加熱器還未啟動,請關閉加熱器,再重新啟動一次。 The heater may source its fuel from the main fuel tank on the vehicle, or, alternatively from the fuel tank included in the configuration. For main tank supply, the fuel intake circuit should be independent from the fuel pipes for other equipments on the vehicle. The fuel pipes should be φ6×1 copper pipes or CHINAUST pipes equipped with standard M12×1.25 taper joints. The joints should be securely fixed with air tightness. The fuel surface in the tank should be no lower than the heater center by 400mm or more. The oil-intake joint of the heater oil filter solenoid should be within 8m away from the tank (i.e., the fuel pipe length). Due to the long oil circuit, it may take a long time for the heater to start for the first time. You should wait 3 or 4 minutes.
