3月11日，國家衛健委官網發布由國務院聯防聯控機制綜合組制定的《新冠病毒抗原檢測應用方案（試行）》，根據方案，社區居民有自我檢測需求的，可通過零售藥店、網絡銷售平臺等渠道，自行購買新冠病毒抗原檢測試劑自測。方案稱，抗原檢測作為補充手段可以用于特定人群的篩查，有利于提高“早發現”能力。抗原檢測的適用人群：一是伴有呼吸道、發熱等癥狀且出現癥狀5天以內的人員；二是隔離觀察人員；三是有抗原自我檢測需求的社區居民。抗原自測陽性的人員，不論是否有呼吸道、發熱等癥狀，應立即向所在社區(村鎮)報告。（戳這里查看詳情）
The State Council joint prevention and control mechanism against COVID-19 said on March 11 that it would allow the public to buy COVID-19 antigen self-test kits in stores and online. The COVID-19 antigen test is a supplementary diagnostic method to the mainstream nucleic acid testing to improve early detection, according to a notice published on the National Health Commission's website. The antigen test kits can be used by people who have had fever or respiratory symptoms within five days, by people who are under quarantine and other residents who simply want to take a test, the notice said. People who test positive with the antigen kits should immediately contact local authorities regardless of whether they show symptoms, it said.
網絡攻擊 Cyberattacks
國家互聯網應急中心3月11日表示，監測發現，2月下旬以來，我國互聯網持續遭受境外網絡攻擊，境外組織通過攻擊控制我境內計算機，進而對俄羅斯、烏克蘭、白俄羅斯進行網絡攻擊。經分析，這些攻擊地址主要來自美國，也有少量攻擊地址來自德國、荷蘭等國家。據悉，國家互聯網應急中心已對以上攻擊行為最大限度予以處置。
China has detected continuous cyberattacks targeting its internet since late February, the country's cybersecurity watchdog said Friday. Through these attacks, overseas organizations attempted to gain control of computers in China to launch cyberattacks against Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, according to the National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT/CC). Analysis revealed that most of the internet addresses launching the attacks are based in the United States, said the center, adding that a small number of addresses were found to be based in countries such as Germany and the Netherlands. These attacks have been dealt with to the greatest extent, the center said.

A powerful magnitude 7.4 earthquake hit off northeastern Japan late Wednesday, leaving at least four people dead and scores injured and causing a high-speed bullet train to derail.The magnitude 7.4 quake, which occurred in waters off Fukushima at a depth of about 57 kilometers, was also felt across a wide swath of the country, including eastern, central and western Japan. Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida told reporters early Thursday that there have so far been no abnormalities found at nuclear plants in affected areas.
