95后姑娘封媛媛因為一段 “雪糕品嘗師”的工作視頻成了網紅！

Feng Yuanyuan, born in 1995, has caused a storm online thanks to a video of her working as an ice cream taster.

封媛媛就職于一家雪糕公司，工作就是品嘗自家產品以及其他品牌雪糕，然后給出評價和對比。

Employed by an ice cream company, Feng's work involves taste-testing ice cream products from her company and others and then assessing and comparing the quality.

有時候，她甚至一天要吃20多根雪糕。當然，為了保護味蕾，她要常用溫水漱口。

Sometimes, she has to taste over 20 ice creams in a single day. After eating one, she usually rinses her mouth with warm water to protect her taste buds.

同樣，這也是一份高薪工作：月薪超過1萬元，超過了她的大部分大學同學。

Through this taste-testing, she earns more than 10,000 yuan per month, more than most of her college classmates.

不過副作用也很明顯，上班以來她已經胖了10斤！所以她需要經常鍛煉，來保持體形。

The unfortunate by-product of eating so much ice cream is that she has put on five kilograms. Feng said that she exercises regularly to manage her weight.

至于天天吃雪糕有沒有影響自己的健康，封媛媛說，自己覺得還好，“我平時挺注意的，吃過雪糕后都會喝紅糖水、姜茶，而且也會加強鍛煉。”

為了這個工作，封媛媛已經放棄了自己原先喜愛的辛辣食物，因為舌頭對于她太重要了，品嘗雪糕，不僅僅是“吃”那么簡單！

封媛媛說，成為雪糕品嘗師，需要靈敏的舌頭，以及對雪糕的“真愛”。很多人因為每天要品嘗太多而厭倦，所以好的雪糕品嘗師并不好找 。

"To be an ice cream taster, a person needs to have a sensitive tongue and really like ice cream. Many people become fed up with ice cream if they have to eat it every day, so a good ice cream taster isn't easy to find," she said.

據《北京青年報》報道，封媛媛大學所學專業就是食品檢測，畢業后也一直在食品相關領域工作。進入現在這家企業后，一開始也并沒有相關崗位，“但是老板平常會問，你喜歡吃哪個口味啊，現在出的這個新品感覺味道怎么樣。我覺得，如果當時我不敢回答，或者就含糊過去的話，可能后來也不會專門讓我去做雪糕品嘗這一塊。”

現在的封媛媛，通過一年多的工作，已經可以品嘗出雪糕中是否含有添加劑。

Feng explained that after more than a year's work, she can tell if an ice cream contains additives just by tasting it.

按照她的說法，品嘗雪糕“像香水一樣”：

她希望在未來自己可以嘗一口，就知道雪糕的配料。

She hopes that in the future, she could figure out the ingredients of a product with one bite.
