世聯(lián)翻譯公司完成醫(yī)學(xué)摘要英文翻譯 Levels of adiponectin and leptin and serum lipids change in children with primary nephritic syndrome Abstract Objective: To understand the change of serum lipids and the influence on children with primary nephritic syndrome (PNS).Methods: To test serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyeride (TG), low-density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL), leptin, adiponectin levels of 36 patients with PNS in acute stage(acute group) , follow-up more than 6 months, and then compared with 45 healthy control cases. Results: Serum TC, TG, LDL of patients with PNS in acute stage were significantly higher than those in the control group, and were negatively correlated with albumin. Serum adiponectin levels in PNS patients in acute phase had significantly increased contrast with control group, and was positively correlated with TC and LDL, but leptin level of the index (FLI) was significantly decreased compared with normal controls group. The serum TC level in acute phase had no significant difference between recurrent group and non recurrent group; when the hormone decreased to the platform, the serum TC of overweight children in acute stage was increased significantly compared with normal weight group. Conclusion: The hyperlipidemia of children with PNS in acute phase was associated with the increase of adiponectin and the decline of FLI, the level of cholesterol in the serum had a certain effect on the body weight changes in children with disease.
