世聯翻譯公司完成建筑領域中文翻譯 1.       項目簡介 1．About the Project 該項目位于紹興市城北昌安立交橋的東北角，地塊東至念佛橋河沿，南為環城河綠化帶，西側至中興路昌安立交橋下污水泵站，北至杭甬鐵路及紹鋼工人宿舍。 The project is located at the northeast of Chang’an overpass in north of Shaoxing City, east to river bank of Nian’fo Bridge, south to the green belt of the moat, west to sewage pumping station under Chang’an overpass on Zhongxing Road, north to Hangyong Railway and workers’ dorm of Shao Steel.   2.       設計立意 2. Conception of Design 生活在紹興這樣的一個人文氣息濃厚的城市里應該有著怎樣的氛圍與情懷？現代紹興人應該如何在起居生活中延續城市的文脈？這是本設計最想探討的問題。在總平面布置方面：①依據自然地形和按照規劃建設要求，整個小區劃分為3個部分，沿城北河布置排屋及躍層住宅；靠近昌安立交橋中興路的基地西北角布置會所及小高層單身公寓；其他均布置5~6層多層住宅。整個小區設計布局合理有序。②利用多層住宅宅間場地設置半地下車庫，或利用多層住宅的架空層設置汽車庫。③充分利用周邊的自然地理優勢；并結合住宅間距和道路布置庭院綠地，營造戶戶有景、家家有綠的小區環境。充分利用地塊內的綠化帶、河道等自然環境優勢，營造一個自然、親切的居住環境。結合沿河景觀與交通主干道布置小區集中綠地，構成小區活動和景觀中心。 There should be what kind of atmosphere and sensibility, living in Shaoxing such a city with strong cultural atmosphere? In the aspects of general layout: ① Basing on the natural terrain and in accordance with the requirements of planning and construction, the entire plot is divided into three parts, laying townhouses and duplex dwellings along the north of city river; clubs and small high-level single apartment near the northwest corner of the base of Chang’an overpass Zhongxing Road; other 5~6 layers are arranged multi-storey residential. Design layout of the entire district is rational and orderly. ② Using the venues between multi-storey residential houses lay semi-underground garage, or using the overhead floor of the multi-storey residential lay garage. ③ Fully take advantage of the surrounding advantages of nature and geography, and combining residential space and road lay the courtyard green, create a residential environment of every household having scene, every household having green. Make full use of the Green Belt, river and other natural advantages within land, to create a natural and friendly living environment. Combine the trunk road and the landscape along river to lay a residential concentrating green space, composing community activity and landscape center.   在立面及造型設計方面：立面設計追求簡潔、明快、高貴典雅；屋頂設計考慮閣樓、屋頂花園，使建筑的第五立面更加豐富；采用石材、手工面磚、涂料相結合的立面材料，構筑豐富、細致的立面形象。立面統一布置空調室外機位，以保證今后使用的立面統一協調。 In the aspect of facade and Design: the vertical design pursues simple, clean, noble and elegant; roof design considers attic, roof garden, so that the fifth elevation of the construction much richer; use the facade materials combing stone, handmade tile, paint to build a rich and detailed image of the facade. A facade unified lays the outdoor spaces of air-condition to ensure the harmonization of the future facade. 3.       項目的地域性 3.
