, Established in March 2012Shanghai Liantong Network Communication Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liantong) , is a high-tech enterprise founded by the Chinese Academy of Sciences with domestic R&D institutes and industrial forces. Based on the new innovative studying mode integrating “production, learing, research, and application”, Liantong devotes itself to creating the China Operation System (COS), which, as the secured high-performance trans-terminal Chinese proprietary operation system, provides the operation system supports for handsets, tablet PC, smart television STB, PC and smart household electrical appliances used in China as well as better using experience for Chinese users.
COS提供以應用商店、會員平臺、支付平臺、廣告平臺為核心的功能模塊，上游向生產商提供以COS為核心的整體解決方案，下游支持服務運營商的服務產品及盈利模式，最終形成產業鏈的蓬勃發展，打造合作伙伴共同獲益的生態系統。
COS provides the functional modules with application store, membership platform, payment platform and AD platform as the core. It provides the COS-cored integral solutions for upstream manufacturers and supports the services, products and profit patterns of the downstream operators, which at last shaped the booming industrial chain and the ecosystem beneficial to all partners.
2014年初，COS 1.0正式發布, 即得到東方有線等知名運營商的大力支持。新的市場機遇下，COS將與合作伙伴在終端設備、電信、廣電與互聯網通信領域繼續耕耘，開發更豐富的內容，提供更完善的服務，協力共創多贏的市場局面。
At the beginning of 2014,the COS 1.0 version was officially issued, which is greatly supported by famous operators including OCN.
