2012年2月3日印度某學習軟件公司通過搜索引擎聯系到我們公司，委托我公司翻譯中學生物、化學、物理課程學習課件視頻，約15個話題，共66分鐘，第一步從英文翻譯為中文，第二步是根據英文視頻進行中文配音，第三步是音頻視頻合成，制作中文視頻。我公司安排5名專業對口的資深翻譯進行翻譯，然后又委托來自中央人民廣播電臺的兩名資深播音員進行配音。最后，我們內部工作人員進行合成制作，目前視頻已經合成，等待客戶審查。
以下是印度客戶提出的翻譯要求：
1 The Chinese translation should be the same like the English scripts – (Same Length as English Sentence).
中文每句話專用的時間長度要與英文視頻基本一致。
2 There are labels given below each paragraph. So the labels should match the same word in the paragraph and not different.
每段下面的標記保留。
3 You should copy English paragraph first and then paste the same translated Chinese after that to help us in understanding the matter that nothing is missed.
腳本文件必須英中對照。
4 The number of labels given in the English scripts and the translated Chinese labels should be the same.
每個腳本的標記保留一致。
5 We would also like to get an assurance letter from your side that the script translated and forward to us is technically and grammatically error free.
我們要求你方在每個腳本旁邊寫一個保證書，確保沒有技術與語法錯誤
6 The translated Script forward to us will be cross checked by our Quality team and only after getting confirmation that the translated script is error free the payment for your translation task will be deposited to your account.

7 So as and when the translation of a topic is completed, send them across ASAP so that we here can start our work on it back here.
